Quantum War (trailer)
The being wanders between colonized mars looking spaces and nasa-like rendered textures searching for its real form. War happening on a macro scale. The war you are not even aware that you are taking part in because it is the life you are living.
The most advanced technology that we will use in our everyday lives will be the most dangerous weapon in itself. A technological metasurface that will be able to cut invisibly through a human being, invade the body, harm the mind in a non physical way. Quantum War transforms the concept of being alive, erases the traditional forms of life and human history. Transforms the idea of a human and what it means to be real and alive when everything around is simulated, rendered, algorithmically predicted. When the natural systems are collapsing around us. When the intelligence does not belong to us exclusively.
The film revolves around a post nuclear, precarious being that lives in a form of ahistorical form of reality. Accelerated form of reality where one becomes its own excess. The expressions become its own form. An abstract machine. Where linear time doesn’t exist anymore and events appear and disappear on multiple screens at an accelerated pace. A post truth world where everything is speculative and the only remaining real thing to hold onto is the ability to have dreams and fantasies - the most subjective and familiar experience one can have. Living through a fantasy and finding yourself within it as a form of personal warfare. Warfare for the last remaining real trait that makes up an ontological being.
